What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode (and installation address where relevant), together with the answers you give about your property. We also record basic marketing information such as the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use your details solely to prepare your quote, to contact you about your enquiry, and to pass your requirements to a vetted installer where that is needed to quote. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email info@sunlitenergy.org and we'll action your request.
